Треккинг между Гималаями и Тибетом летом 2013 (финиш и старт, варианты)

Проработал график прохождения трека в 3 вариантах Lower Dolpo Round Trip.
Option trek 1.
Day 1. Kathmandu.
Day 2. From Kathmandu we take a bus to Dang, stay overnight in Dang.
Day 3 to Day 7. Arrival at Dunai. From Dang we take local bus and some day walk through Karnali river and arrive Dunai in Day 7.
Day 8. Dunai - Tarakot
5 hours, 430 m ascent.
Day 9. Tarakot - Laini (3160 m)
6-7 hours, 810 m ascent, 100 descent.
Day 10. Laini (3160 m) - Nawarpani (3545 m)
5 hours, 500 m ascent, 60 m descent.
Day 11. Nawarpani (3545 m) - Do Tarap (4080 m)
6,5 hours, 630 m ascent, 140 m descent.
Day 12. Do Tarap (4080 m) - Numa La Base Camp (4440 m)
Start after lunch, 3-4 hours, 360 m ascent.
Day 13. Numa La Base Camp (4440 m) - Numa La (5290 m) - Pelung Tang (4465 m)
6-7 hours, 540 m ascent, 960 m descent.
Day 14. Pelung Tang (4465 m) - Dajok Tang (3820 m)
6 hours, 670 m ascent, 1330 m descent.
Day 15. Dajok Tang (3820 m) - Phoksumdo Lake (3620 m)
3-4 hours, 70 m ascent, 270 m descent.
Day 16. Phoksumdo Lake (3620 m). Rest day.
Day 17. Phoksumdo Lake (3620 m) - Sumduwa - Lasa
900 m ascent
Day 18. Lasa - Kagmara La (5115 m) - Kagmara Phedi
1050 m ascent, 1110 m descent.
Day 19. Kagmara Phedi - Toijem
1080 m descent.
Day 20. Toijem - Kaigaon -Balasa
Day 21. Balasa - Naphukana (3080 m)
710 m ascent, 740 m descent.
Day 22. Naphukana (3080 m) - Gothi Chaur - Jumla (2370)
